Nadine Lee Wynn is a distinguished North Carolina real estate broker known for rigorous representation, clear strategy, and exceptional client care. Over 21 years, she has guided buyers, sellers, and investors across the Lake Norman and greater Charlotte markets, achieving more than $425 million in closed residential sales.

A former registered nurse of 23 years, Nadine brings a calm, systems-driven approach to complex transactions. Her leadership training with The John Maxwell Team and designation as a Distinguished Toastmaster elevate her communication, coaching, and negotiation—keeping clients informed, confident, and well-positioned at every step.

Nadine also invests personally in real estate, having operated two profitable VRBO/short-term rental properties in North Carolina for the past decade. This owner-operator perspective strengthens her advice on acquisition, underwriting, rental readiness, and long-term performance.
