Anne and I wanted to personally thank you and the rest of Team Nadine for all of your efforts in finding our dream home. Our two month journey had a few unforeseen pitfalls along the way that we would have never been able to overcome without you and your team?s help.

You spent many nights and weekends with us, taking us through more than 20 homes. Even when we had last minute additions to our walk-through list, you always found a way to work them into our schedule without delay.

Once we decided on a home, the rest of Team Nadine took over to help us with the preparation of contracts/offers/counter-offers, finding and scheduling closing attorneys, utilities, and most importantly top-notch inspectors; all with minimal disruption to our very busy schedules.

Until you purchase a home, you never realize the myriad of tasks that needs to happen within a short period of time. It?s very easy to overlook one little thing that can cause a lot of stress, time missed from work to resolve, etc. Team Nadine, in particular LaDonna Bumgarner, took all of that stress off of our shoulders by coordinating these things on our behalf.

Having said all of that, we really appreciated the way you and your team treated us more than everything else. We always felt like we were your only clients.

"Dear Nadine Now that life has settled down just a little, Inge and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for helping us find our perfect new home in North Carolina. After a few phone conversations and E-mails with you, Inge and I were confident you could meet our needs. We expected to fly down from Connecticut for a weekend, have you show us a few houses and then fly back down in a couple of weeks to look at more. WOW, were we ever surprised! By the time we met you on Saturday morning, you had done your homework, you knew what we were looking for and you were prepared. You had a boatload of houses scheduled to show us. You had community demographics and gave us tours of the areas. You had weekend access to attorneys and other folks we needed to talk with. You even had snacks, sodas and water in your van. By three o'clock on Sunday, we found the house of our dreams, signed a contract and closed the deal. On Monday morning you allowed us to use your office fax and phone to get the financing in place and by one o'clock that afternoon we were on a plane back to Connecticut. As you know, buying or selling a home can be a very time consuming and nerve-racking experience for the customer. But, you turned what could have been a very unproductive weekend into a wonderful experience.
