After being an RN for over 23 years and suddenly being faced with a financial crisis, I made the decision to change careers QUICKLY to save my family from financial ruin. Taking the bull by the horns I chose real estate as my new career with many odds against my success. Now in my 15th year of residential real estate, I have a sales success record I have a record of 400 million in closed sales in residential real estate since 2005. Currently owner and CEO of Team Nadine LLC located in Lake Norman, NC with an additional division in Greensboro, NC. I am also a CES instructor for Keller Williams Realty and teach John Maxwell courses and Keller Williams Realty courses across North and South Carolina and Past President & current VP of Education for Lake Norman Toastmasters.
Kirsten has been a part of Team Nadine since 2005, when her mother, Nadine, started her career in real estate. She began as Nadine’s copilot in route to open houses, listing appointments, and showings.
Kirsten graduated from High Point University in 2017 with a degree in Strategic Communication and minors in Event Management and Psychology. She worked in event sales and design for the Proximity & O.Henry Hotels in Greensboro following her graduation. She obtained her Real Estate license in the summer of 2019 through the Superior School of Real Estate, and is thrilled expand Team Nadine to the Triad area, where Kirsten calls home, while supporting the team’s home base in the Lake Norman area.
She is very active in her community by means of networking groups and volunteer work, primarily so through the Future Fund of Greensboro, for which she is the Co-Chair of the Events Subcommittee for the second year. Kirsten also owns her own skincare business and enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, photography, crafts, and cooking in her spare time.
