Lake Norman is my kind of place! It's like living on vacation 365 days a year. My family and I really enjoy the Lake and its people having moved to this area in 2002. Real Estate is something I truly enjoy here on the lake. It's challenges compliment my natural drive to excel and has become a true passion in my life. Some of the exceptional character traits that set me apart from the crowd include my dynamic communication skills that I've gained from a variety of positions within the medical field including over 20 years as a Professional Registered Nurse. My professional colleagues and friends know me best for my boundless energy, contagious enthusiasm, and positive attitude. I am a graduate of The University of the State of New York~Excelsior College . My formal real estate training was at The Mingle School of Real Estate and The Bill Gallagher School of Real Estate Dynamics. I am a licensed Realtor/Broker in the State of North Carolina and a licensed Realtor in South Carolina. My professional real estate affiliations include: National Association of Realtors, Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, Carolinas Multiple Listing Services Incorporated, The North Carolina Realtors Association. Being a native of Lincoln County , LaDonna takes pride in serving the area where she grew up.
LaDonna has a 4 year degree in Graphic Design with a minor in advertising.
Having worked 14 years in sales, she has gained great experience in serving the public.
With her experience working in fast-paced environments, demanding strong organizational skills, she has learned excellent interaction skills, helping her better serve the public. She's a people person.
The past 8 years LaDonna worked solely in real estate as an office manager for a real estate company. With a North Carolina Broker's License and office management skills she brings both experience and knowledge to TEAM Nadine.
She has been married for 15 years; her husband is an Exercise Technician for Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory, NC . They have a 9-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter who keeps them busy, busy, busy.

When asked "what is the most important skill you have to offer your clients," Chris's answer isn't his college degree, building experience or knowledge of the real estate market. Instead his answer is "my ability to clear my mind, focus and listen to exactly what my clients are saying to me."

Everyone is different and their needs and expectations are all unique, there is no one-size-fits-all in Real Estate. The average person will buy 5-6 homes in their lifetime and their home buying experience will have a lasting impact on the quality of life for home buyers themselves and their families alike. As a Buyer's Agent Chris takes his job very seriously fully committing himself to a "Consultative Approach" to buying real estate, which means he presents accurate information to his clients so they have options and can make an educated decision when it comes time to select that perfect home.

In 2002 Chris and his family moved from northern Kentucky to Lake Norman. This was during the time when the real estate market around Lake Norman was quickly developing. New beautiful homes were being built by the dozens, Chris was amazed by their custom design and creative features. He decided to get involved and immediately began working for the builders learning as much as he could. He continued building throughout college and earned his Bachelor?s Degree in Construction Management. He remembers, "I worked directly under the Construction Managers in the field which meant I had a hand in completing almost every task associated with the building process from surveying the land, installing the drain tile, rough framing the house, installing the finish trim, and making sure that we passed inspections during the building process from start to finish."

Nine years later he decided to join the family business working as a real estate broker for Keller Williams Realty together with Team Nadine. He focuses his time as a Buyer?s Agent workingfor clients who are specifically looking to buy a home. With the real estate market changing so rapidly Chris says it's a high priority to continue his education and work with only the most experienced of mentors. "I'm fortunate to have an incredible team to support me. We motivate each other to grow every day and utilize our individual strengths to work as efficiently as possible.
